1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
8 bone-in chicken thighs, skinned
1/4 teaspoon salt
*Double recipe depending on size of chicken
Combine first nine ingredients. Place half of mixture and chicken in ziplock bag, marinate for 30min to overnight. Reserve remaining mixture.
Remove chicken from bag, salt and grill. Serve with maple-mustard sauce.
